    The Committee on Health and Human Resources moves to amend the bill on page 2, line 21, by removing the word “and”,

    And,

    On page 2, line 23, by inserting the following:

    “(8) West Virginia University’s Forensic and Investigative Sciences Program; and,

    (9) Marshall University’s Forensic Science Center.

    And,

    On page on page 3, line 11, by adding a new subdivision (6) to read as follow:

    (6) A director of a child advocacy center.

    And,

     On page on page 3, line 12, by removing subsection (b) in its entirety.”
